KOMM MIT - for more than 25 years we have encouraged grassroots football

For more than 25 years we have promoted grassroots football at national as well as at international level. Our international youth football tournaments, which take place in nine different European countries, not only give children and youngsters from all over the world the chance to compare their footballing skills, but moreover give them the chance to develop their own personality and to enjoy themselves by playing with others.

KOMM MIT’s chief goal is for the youngsters to experience fairplay and a sense of community and respect both on and off the pitch. Besides this, grassroots football is the base upon which prospective footballers of the future can showcase themselves and thereby the future of football. UEFA is appreciative of this fact and the UEFA grassroots football day, taking place on May 19th 2010, was organized to this effect. And events are not solely restricted to one day – there are numerous taking place throughout the year. Find more information at: www.uefa.com

Summer, Sun and so much more...

Around Whitsuntide, thousands of youngsters travelled Europe with their coaches and attendents, to sunbathe and relax. But the main reason for their trip is, of course, once again, football! True to the slogan of FC ONE "Find Football Friends", they get in contact with other children from all over europe. It doesn´t matter who won or lost - for the kids, celebrating together, means much more!

But also away from the pitch, KOMM MIT, offers numerous exciting excursions. Unforgetable for most people is a visit to legendary football-temple that is FC Barcelona. In Italy, the most spectacular and biggest water-funpark, is a welcome refresh as the thermometer breaks 30-degrees. Similarly sizzling was the disco-evening in Croatia and the ALLtogether Pool-Party in Belgium. Beyond the ebd of our tournaments, new friendships will last the distance. For this, FC ONE is your comprehensive, one-stop media outlet.

1300 matches, 600 teams, 23 nations, one Europe!

KOMM MIT brings children and teenagers from all over the world together. During the Easter period, lots of goals were scored in the name of Europe. Many things were new and unexpected. Realising the KOMM MIT-Slogan "ALLtogether“, players, coaches, parents and fans welcomed each other with open arms and built new and long-standing friendships. Over 600 teams in five countries competed in friendly matches for the desired trophys, especially for the FAIR-PLAY CUP.

In addition to the pitches in spain, our new locations in Medulin (Croatia), Ommen (Netherlands) and Riccione (Italy) demonstrated themselves to be high-quality venues. A memorable experience was the first ELLAS-Trophy in Greece. KOMM MIT brought more than 500 children together to show their skills next to snowcapped peak of the Olymp.

All highlights and photos of the tournaments are presented on our homepage under „Pictures/Videos“.
